Rhonda St. Onge, Executive Director of Brookdale Trillium Crossing in Columbus, Ohio, was announced as a Rising Star, after being nominated by her own community residents.
St. Onge is one of sixteen women working in senior living, skilled nursing or home care announced today as Rising Stars and will be feted May 22 as part of the fifth annual McKnight’s Women of Distinction awards, a joint effort of McKnight’s Senior Living and sister media brands McKnight’s Long-Term Care News and McKnight’s Home Care.
“We’re delighted to welcome another class of women who, although early in their careers, already have made impressive contributions. We can’t wait to see what else they accomplish,” said McKnight’s Editorial Director, Vice President and Associate Publisher John O’Connor.
The Rising Star awards category honors women who are either under the age of 40 or have fewer than 15 years of experience in the senior living, skilled nursing or home care fields. All have demonstrated an exceptional commitment at the community, facility, agency or corporate level.
“With Rhonda’s presence being felt throughout Trillium, people feel that they have entered a community where their lives are valued,” her residents noted in their nomination.
We congratulate Rhonda for this prestigious distinction!
